H&S Coordinator

Location: Lancashire
Overview: This is a great opportunity for a H&S Coordinator or H&S Advisor to support the H&S Manager in developing the H&S within this business that has a state-of-the-art factory.

About You:

• As the Health & Safety Coordinator, you will have a NEBOSH certificate.
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Have a strong character and resilience.
• Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.
• Have experience working as a H&S Coordinator within a food or FMCG manufacturer

What will you be doing?

• You will support H&S Manager in all things H&S across the site.
• As H&S Coordinator, you will manage risk assessments, policies and audit training.
• Promoting the best health, safety, and environment culture 
• Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents, and ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities
• Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
