Matt Wilkinson

With nearly 20 years in Recruitment and Management and a real passion for developing and training consultants, I have been a focal figure in setting up and designing training programmes for both trainee and high performing recruiters. My key focus is setting consultants up to succeed and enjoy our wonderful industry. 

Over the last 10 years I have mainly focussed on commercial recruitment however I feel that my extensive grounding in the fundamentals of recruitment allows me to turn my hand to any sector. Teams I have managed include Insurance, Healthcare, Sales and Customer Service. 

When I'm not at work, I enjoy watching and playing football, discovering new National Trust locations, exploring North Wales with my young family and most importantly, eating good food! I've been fortunate enough to travel to many different parts of the world and sample many cultures and cuisines which I try my best to recreate back home.
