Production Supervisor.

Location: Liskeard
Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business. This is a Monday to Friday Day-Shift (6:30am–3:30pm) role, ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing teams while driving operational performance.

About You:
•    Previous supervisory experience within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment
•    Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality systems (HACCP knowledge essential)
•    As Production Supervisor, you will be a confident team leader with the ability to motivate and develop production operatives
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
•    Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

What will you be doing?
•    Supervising daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
•    Leading, coaching, and supporting production teams to achieve shift targets
•    Monitoring KPIs and addressing performance issues to ensure targets are met
•    As Production Supervisor, you will be ensuring accurate completion of production records and compliance documentation
•    Working closely with technical, engineering, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations
