Job Information

Location: Staffordshire – hybrid working
Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand Manager to join a Global player within food manufacturing. They supply all retailers and food service and are number one player in what they do.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience of brand management/marketing within FMCG – ideally with a top 4 grocer
  • Highly organised with strong project management and analytical skills
  • As Brand Manager, you will possess strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Experience of working with agencies and cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of campaign delivery


What will you be doing?

  • Working with the head of category and marketing to lead marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy and brand engagement
  • The Brand Manager will manage PR strategy (engaging trade & consumer content, viral brand activation & influencer campaigns)
  • Develops best in class retail brand activation to drive brand conversion (online & instore)
  • Lead CSR agenda for brand identifying future opportunities to engage with consumers
  • Lead annual brand planning process to research suitable territories bringing market leading NPD launch plans
