About You:• Proven experience in a Technical Manager, QA Manager or similar senior technical role within UK food manufacturing.• Strong working knowledge of BRCGS Food Safety Standards, HACCP (Level 4), UK food safety legislation and allergen management.• Degree-qualified in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline.• Confident leading customer, third-party and regulatory audits and managing site compliance.• As Technical Manager, you will be experienced in leading, developing and motivating QA teams.• Calm under pressure with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical function across a multi-site operation during a period of significant investment and expansion, including the launch of a new manufacturing facility. About You: Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Leader within food manufacturing. Strong background in dairy is essential. As Technical Manager, you will excellent working knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and UK food safety legislation. Confident managing audits, customer relationships and regulatory interfaces. Experienced people leader with the ability to influence and develop high-performing teams. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Degree-qualified in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).   What will you be doing? Leading and developing the technical and QA function across multiple sites. Owning and evolving food safety and quality systems to meet BRCGS, customer and legal requirements. Overseeing raw material quality from intake through to finished product, ensuring full traceability.
