About You: &bull;&nbsp; &nbsp; As the Technical Manager, you will have worked in a food manufacturing environment in a technical or quality leadership role. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You know BRCGS and HACCP inside out, and you're confident managing audits and ensuring compliance. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You&rsquo;re a natural team leader &mdash; approachable, decisive, and used to working cross-functionally. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You can handle customer and third-party audits and know how to dig into issues and put them right. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You hold relevant qualifications in food safety and quality (e.g. HACCP L3+, Food Safety, Food Science degree).
