•    Source and attract industry relevant candidates and consult with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
•    Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

What do I need to be successful?
•    High energy, charisma, ambition, an interest in food and drink and a drive to succeed.
•    As a Recruitment Consultant, you will need successful recruitment industry experience
•    As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will need B2B sales experience or a proven desire to embark on a career in recruitment.
•    You will need experience of setting and achieving goals and targets.
