About You:
•    Experience in a technical or quality supervisory role within UK food manufacturing is essential
•    Sound knowledge of food safety systems including HACCP, BRCGS and customer standards
•    A strong communicator and effective problem-solver with a practical, hands-on approach
•    Detail-oriented, organised and committed to continuous improvement
•    Ambitious and development-focused — looking to progress into a Technical Manager role

What will you be doing?
•    Supporting the Technical Manager in ensuring food safety and quality across site operations
•    Leading day-to-day QA and technical functions and overseeing compliance activities
•    Assisting in internal and external audits and maintaining high audit-ready standards
•    Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
•    Playing a key role in continuous improvement and supporting business growth
