This is a hands-on, influential QA Manager position where you’ll help shape the site’s quality culture and support a team that genuinely cares about what they do.
About you
• As Quality Assurance Manager, you will have spent some time in food manufacturing and love the pace and variety it brings.
• You know your way around QMS, retailer standards and codes of practice.
• You’re confident leading internal, external and third-party audits.
• You hold Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 as a minimum.
• You enjoy working with people and helping them grow.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading the QA team day-to-day and supporting the Head of Technical.
• Making sure food safety, legality and quality standards never slip.
• Keeping the Quality Management System in great shape and driving improvements.
• As the QA Manager, you will be hosting customers, BRCGS and regulatory audits with confidence.
• Working with teams across the site to solve problems, improve processes and promote a strong food safety culture.
• Coaching and developing the QA team so everyone can be their best.
