Our client is an incredibly successful food manufacturer, part of a global group based in the Glasgow area and are looking for a Product & Process Development Assistant to supplement their team.
About You:
• Degree is not essential to apply but having the right attitude and experience to grow with the business is.
• Ideally, as Product & Process Development Assistant, you will have industry experience within food manufacturing.
• Experience in recipe batching, sample creation and taking part in presentations/product trials and documentation.
• A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this growing business.
• Drive to grow and develop your career with a genuine passion for the food industry.
What will you be doing?
• Alongside the development of concepts, as Product & Process Development Assistant, you’ll be consistently making NPD repeat samples for internal and external customers.
• Working closely with the Senior NPD Technologist you will help to ensure best processes are delivered.
• Benchmarking existing products against your competitors in the market to stay ahead of the game.
• Successfully delivering on concept, creation and development, working cross functionally.
• Boxing, logging and sending samples for customer presentations.
