Overview: This food manufacturer is looking for a Hygiene Manager to join them for 4-6 months. This position is site based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee the hygiene team and report into the Technical Manager.
Start Date: ASAP
IR35 Status: Outside

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hygiene team, including training and implementing safety practices
• Ensuring all hygiene procedures align with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000). This includes creating and maintaining cleaning schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and records.
• Work collaboratively with other internal teams to resolve hygiene-related issues and provide reports on hygiene performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
• Must have previous experience as a hygiene manager within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong hygiene knowledge and ability to share with the wider business.
• Excellent organisational skills.
