Engineering Project Manager

About You: &bull;&nbsp; &nbsp; As the Technical Manager, you will have worked in a food manufacturing environment in a technical or quality leadership role. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You know BRCGS and HACCP inside out, and you're confident managing audits and ensuring compliance. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You&rsquo;re a natural team leader &mdash; approachable, decisive, and used to working cross-functionally. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You can handle customer and third-party audits and know how to dig into issues and put them right. &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;You hold relevant qualifications in food safety and quality (e.g. HACCP L3+, Food Safety, Food Science degree).
What will you be doing? &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Leading the technical and quality standards on site &mdash; making sure everything meets standards and runs smoothly &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Getting the site ready for audits and taking the lead when they happen &bull;&nbsp; &nbsp; The Technical Manager will be supporting, developing, and motivating a small QA team &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Investigating complaints and non-conformances and driving action to improve &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Working closely with production, NPD, and commercial teams to maintain high standards across the board
