Overview: This is an opportunity for a Boning Hall Manager to join a company that are going through a massive period of change and growth.
About You:
• Experience in primary meat processing at management level.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent written and oral skills working with people at all levels
• Knowledge of HACCP & NEBOSH
What will you be doing?
• Managing a large boning hall team measuring quality, safety, people management and performance.
• Ensure the product meets the customer, food safety and specifications.
• Promote and develop positive employee relations. Managing staff leave and absence.
• Work cross functionally with engineering, technical and supply chain promoting a collaborative approach.
• Cross training and specific role training with the team.
