NPD Manager.

Location: Barton-upon-Humber

Overview: Are you a forward-thinking NPD professional with chilled food manufacturing experience and strong retailer-facing expertise? About You:
- Proven experience in chilled food manufacturing NPD, with a strong track record of delivering products from concept through to launch.
- Previous experience working directly with major UK retailers, ideally leading customer-facing projects.
- Excellent project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about food innovation, trends, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
- Managing the NPD pipeline, leading projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
- Acting as the key customer interface, presenting concepts and managing briefs with leading UK retailers.
- Collaborating closely with technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and to specification.
- Driving innovation by monitoring food trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Supporting and developing the NPD team to foster creativity and excellence.
