Training Manager

This Business Development Manager position is not your typical business development role as they already work with most retailers. You will be expanding these account &amp; building relationships as you go. It would be really beneficial if you understand NPD and know what doesn&rsquo;t work with products in the factory.
The Opportunity. 
As Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Senior team in expanding their range of products within all the major retailers and discounters.
The role is working on branded and own label products of which both will have a different route to market.
Building on the already strong relationships they have with their customers to win their trust and build on the range they already have of theirs in stores.
Ideally, you&rsquo;ll have a relevant degree in food science or nutrition. Alongside this, you&rsquo;ll understand the NPD process and be able to discuss this with clients.

Business Development Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

The Opportunity:

The position is a Monday to Friday role and the shifts will rotate each week between 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.
