Location: Suffolk, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury Edmunds, Diss, Thetford&nbsp; Role Overview: To work with the HR &amp; Development Manager to support them in both the delivery of HR&amp; Training and the administration.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; -This a brand-new role for a HR &amp; training Administrator within a busy team, they need someone who can multi-task, enjoys working with people and is able work to deadlines in a busy office environment. -The role is super varied for someone so would suit someone with strong organisational skills, including excellent Word and Excel skills. -You will work with the team on ER cases, employee correspondence, data collective for all the HR systems for sickness &amp; attendance etc. Raising of PO numbers, assist on ad hoc projects. -You will be the front-line contact for HR other teams/ stakeholders on site and assist with any queries and collating data for the HR systems, ad hoc projects&nbsp; Qualifications and Experience: -You will have previous experience with admin/ HR and have a keen interest in developing your career and become a HR Advisor. The business supports personal development and professional study for those who want it. -If you have a training background / HR experience that would be hugely beneficial as there will a key part of the role where you will be supporting the trainer in delivering content &nbsp;-A &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude and the ability to work with a diverse and super busy site team is a must.
